All orders are fulfilled based on payment received. This includes custom orders, which are placed and scheduled once payment has been completed. We carry many items in stock and work hard to keep orders moving efficiently. Please allow up to 2 business days for your order to be processed and shipped. In the event of any shop delays or temporary bench closures, updates will be shared on our social media platforms. Orders will be fulfilled and shipped as soon as we return and resume normal operations. We offer a variety of shipping services, including Canada Post, UPS, Purolator and FedEx. We also ship internationally. If you have any concerns at checkout, please reach out via email, and we will complete your order.
